Free shipping on orders $45 and up. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $5. Subscription orders count toward free shipping too.

Where we ship. We ship to all 50 U.S. states from Westlake Village, California. The carrier depends on your state, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time. We ship your order within 1–3 business days. Once it ships, it arrives in 3–7 business days.

Subscriptions. Each delivery ships on your chosen schedule. You can skip or reschedule a delivery anytime in your account.

Address changes. Email hello@montealegrecoffee.com right away. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll update it.

Lost or damaged packages. See sections 5 and 6 of our Refund Policy. We'll make it right.
