1. All Sales Final on Consumable Goods
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of coffee products, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used or partially consumed items

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
This policy is consistent with California health and safety standards.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging
Once verified, we will, at our discretion:

3. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier
However, we will make reasonable business efforts to assist in resolving the issue.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once fulfillment begins, cancellations are not possible.
