Why it’s exceptional.

Our unique Gesha Double Washed reflects the precision and craft of award winning producer José Giraldo. From this lot, we carefully select and roast only the finest beans, revealing delicate layers of floral, fruity, and citrus notes. This lot underwent a meticulous multi-stage fermentation process, including closed tank cherry fermentation, open air fermentation, and slow drying on raised beds over 25 days. All designed to enhance clarity, brightness, and floral complexity.
