Why I'ts Exceptional

Amor is a blend of Caturra and Colombia varieties, it undergoes a two stage fermentation, first in cherry and then after depulping, followed by slow drying for 15 to 20 days. The cup is clean and sweet, with notes of caramel popcorn, fuji apple and dulce de leche. Developed in collaboration with Terra Coffee, a producer led collective focused on quality, sustainability and the empowerment of women in coffee.
